British Public School Sheikhupura(Manchuri) is start its first Academic Session 2011-12 from 11th April 2011 from the classes Pre-Nursery to VII to impart broad education to boys and girls with an aim to develop their mind, physique, skills, personality and leadership traits to shape them into the dynamic citizens. Its foundation stone was laid on 19th April 2010 by a well known saint of sheikhupura Sant Baba Sulkhan Singh Ji. This school has been estabished by Mr. Paramjeet Singh Virk and Mr. Sarabjeet Singh Virk as a mark of tribute to the memory of their respected father Late Sardar Bhagat Singh JI Nambardar, who was a great philanthropist & spent his life in the upliftment of the poor and the downtrodden. It is with the dedicated and sincere efforts of Mr. Sarabjeet Singh Virk (Chairman) and his team of management that the concept of the school has been materialized within a short span of time.

The institution is being managed by Guru Nanak Dev Educational Society (Regd.) Sheikhupura.

This school is to be affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) New Delhi up to Senior Secondary level with all the streams of study (Art/Commerce, Medical and Non-Medical)


The school is situated between Sheikhupura (Manchuri) and Alwala, on Karnal to Assand Road.

This is a premier Co-educational, English medium school of Sheikhupura (Manchuri) catering to the academic, moral, mental and cultural development of young boys and girls of the villages and their surrounding areas. The medium of instruction in this school is throughly English. However in special cases for weak students, provision for Hindi Medium may also be considered/arranged as and when needed but with a stress on the acquisition of proficiency in English as well.
